Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pokdakan di Desa Pulau Nibung
2 Agustus 2024 Rembuk Penilaian Kelas Kelompok Dilaksanakan di aula kantor desa pulau nibung, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan penilaian terhadap kelompok-kelompok yang terlibat dalam program pembinaan. Kelompok yang dinilai meliputi Pokdakan Nila Persada, Pokdakan Mutiara Bahari, dan Pokdakan Usaha Maju.
Verifikasi dan Identifikasi Administrasi Proposal. Proses verifikasi dilakukan untuk memastikan kesesuaian administrasi proposal dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Cek dilakukan terhadap penyuluh dan dokumen terkait yang diserahkan oleh masing-masing Pokdakan.
Rekomendasi: Melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap administrasi yang memerlukan perbaikan. Mengatur jadwal verifikasi lapangan untuk Pokdakan yang memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut. Menyusun rencana detail untuk pengembangan perikanan budidaya di Desa Pulau Nibung. Koordinasi lebih lanjut dengan BBAT Mandiangin terkait penerapan pakan ikan mandiri. Implementasi bantuan kolam ikan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang ada.
